- Not being able to keep full control on his/her emotional reaction
- Tendency to act by passion

Visible Signs
- Injuries (bruises, cuts, burning marks, etc), neglected infections, malnutrition, physical disabilities, slovenliness, extreme tiredness
- Poor, neglected, dirty clothing, or special outfit for forced activities (e.g. prostitution)
- Lack of personal documents, the presumed victim does not know his/her address
- The address is always changing or there are inappropriate living conditions
